The Small Business Program ensures effective implementation of the Army Small Business Programs while dedicated to support the Army Contracting Command and Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC). The MICC Office of Small Business Programs fosters acquisition opportunities to all small business categories where small businesses can best support Soldiers and their families, thus ensuring Army readiness and developing a viable, robust industrial base.
